THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement by and between TRIMATECH OÜ, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Estonia ("Trimatech") and the client, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client"), with regard to access and use of Trimatech's website: https://trimatech.dev (the "Website") and any other media form, channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
Trimatech provides React maintenance and development services, including but not limited to:
Unless otherwise indicated, the Website is the property of Trimatech. All source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned and controlled by Trimatech and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Any tools or libraries provided exclusively by Trimatech as part of the service will remain under Trimatech's ownership where applicable, and licensing agreements can be arranged upon request.
All code, modifications, and improvements made to Client's existing React applications ("Projects") belong to the Client. The Client shall be the sole owner of the copyright for all Projects. Client warrants that any materials provided to Trimatech are owned by the Client and do not infringe on any third party's rights.
